My name is Amanda Breitkreutz and I'm the 16 year old daughter of Keith and Debbie Breitkreutz. I’m currently a grade 11 student at Kalamalka Secondary School. Born and raised in Beautiful Vernon BC, I grew up with a passion for the outdoors, literature, music and acting. I adore drama and have been in various productions at the AppleBox and Powerhouse Theatre. I love Jesus and have spent the past 3 summers volunteering at Green Bay and Eagle Bay Bible Camp. I aspire to become a Pediatric Nurse at BC’s Children’s Hospital. My name is Shayla Lemond. I am the 16 year old daughter of Mieleen and David Lemond. I attend Kalamalka Secondary School in grade 11. Music, Royal Conservatory piano, singing, creative arts, nature, photography, reading, writing, and poetry are my passionate pursuits. I enjoy quality time with family and friends. I am Antonya Crosby, the sixteen year old daughter of Jason Christie and Tamara Leggett. I am currently a grade 11 student attending W.L.Seaton Secondary. In my spare time I am often found buried in a good book, consumed by the literature or spending valuable time with my friends and family. Each year since eighth grade, I have been on the honor roll. Last year I not only qualified for the honor roll, but also received recognition for citizenship and service contributions. After graduation, my plans are to attend UBC and pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer. I am Sakshi Malhotra, the 16 year old daughter of Ajay and Mohini Malhotra. I attend grade 11 at Clarence Fulton Secondary School. Some of my favorite activities are reading, playing sports, listening to music, dancing, and spending quality time with my family and friends.  I have volunteered with many organizations including events with my school’s leadership. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in science. My favorite quote is by Mahatma Gandhi, “The future depends on what we do in the present”. I am Emily Pfannschmidt, the 16 year old daughter of Andrew and June Pfannschmidt. I attend Vernon Secondary School in grade 11. I enjoy playing basketball, volleyball and training at Sundance Martial Arts.  I take pleasure in volunteering at the local hospital as a Youth Healthcare Volunteer and taking part in church and community activities. My future goals include getting a degree in Physiotherapy and achieving a black belt in martial arts. My name is Kassidy Heska I am the seventeen year old daughter of Leigh Heska and Mike Shaw. I have two older brothers aged twenty-one and twenty and a little brother aged fifteen. I was born in Melville, Saskatchewan and have moved between the provinces British Columbia and Alberta five times. I currently attend Pleasant Valley Secondary School in Armstrong, in grade twelve. I plan on staying at my school for grade thirteen so that I can get extra classes. After that I will go to Thompson River’s University, so that I can become a counsellor. I love going to school and learning new things. I enjoy crocheting, knitting, reading, singing, cooking, acting and writing. I am Brittinie Piazza, the 15 year old daughter of Al and Yvonne Piazza. I currently attend Clarence Fulton Secondary school. Last year my friend Katie and I won 2nd place in the young entrepreneurship Dragons Den competition. I really enjoy acting in my drama class as well as cheerleading. I volunteered at camp Hurlburt in the summers of 2010 and 2011 as a junior counselor. I am also a big fan of traveling with my family. I have been to Mexico 3 times and Cuba once. I hope to travel to Italy in the future. After I graduate I wish to attend college or university to have a career in the medical field. I am Samantha Joy, the 16 year old daughter of Barbara and Rick  Joy. I attend Pleasant Valley Secondary School in Armstrong and am in  grade eleven. Some of my favorite activities are art, dancing, and  thrift store shopping. I am volunteering at Armstrong Kindale thrift  store and love it! In the future I hope to get a job in fashion or sciences . I am Katie Prosak, the sixteen year old daughter of Tyler and Nancy Prosak. I am currently a grade eleven student attending Clarence Fulton Secondary. I really enjoy anything that involves being on a stage such as singing, dancing, and performing. A recent production I’ve been in was a musical put on by Fulton last year called Mermaid Avenue. I had a ninety-five percent average, the top mark of the class. I look forward to being in more productions. This last year I was a Youth Ambassador volunteer for the BC Winter Games in Vernon. It was a life changing program for me thanks to the workshops, leaders, coaches, fellow volunteers, events, and the athletes I met. My name is Ali Kisilevich and I am the 17 year old daughter of Brent and Teresa Kisilevich. I currently attend Clarence Fulton Secondary School and am enrolled in grade 12. I love exploring the outdoors whether it's hiking, camping, or kayaking. I also enjoy wake boarding, snowboarding,  Ukrainian dancing, and playing the piano. For the past few years I have volunteered at a summer camp in Enderby as support staff. After high school, I plan to obtain my Bachelor of Commerce degree and become a public relations representative.
