The judges for the Queen Silver Star Excellence Program are selected, non bias individuals who give their time to observe the candidates throughout the program and classes and events. From September - January there are classes weekly that the judges attend in addition to the events to learn more about the candidates and how they interact with their peers and instructors.

The Auditor for the program is James Schneider from Agar Schneider and Lett Chartered Accountants.
