Get in the Carnival Spirit

Winter Carnival is all about bringing the community together and having some fun! One of the signs that Winter Carnival is approaching is when we can walk downtown or drive along the streets and see many businesses decorated in Carnival colours awaiting the excitement.

We welcome you to participate in the Best Decorated Premises contest by painting your window, design a window display, or decorate your interior in spirit of Winter Carnival and the 2013 theme "Prehistoric Carnival". All entries are judged, trophies and ribbons will be awarded. Entry form
